A4 and A3 formats are delivered within a week maximum. A2 formats and tote bags are delivered within two weeks. If you would like larger (A1) or smaller (A5 and A6) formats, do not hesitate to contact me on Etsy or on Instagram (@raks_concept).

I also offer the digital file option, if you want to take care of the printing yourself. As soon as your order is validated, TIFF and JPEG files will be sent to you by WeTransfer. If you signed in to Etsy with Apple, please send me your email address.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
I do not accept returns for customizable order.
If you want a portrait, please send me the following informations :
- some pictures, in good quality
- a color palette (non mandatory)
- the position of the portrait on the canvas (non mandatory)
- the text to add (non mandatory)
Please note that the price shown on my shop for the customizable portrait is only for a single portrait.
In general, this kind of project will take me one to three days, but the process can be a little longer according to my schedule. In all cases, I'll give you an approximative deadlines for your order
Sizing details
My illustrations are available in A4, A5 and A6. Do not hesitate to send me a message if you want some informations on bigger size.
Instructions
Do not humidify the illustration, and avoid touching the printed side to much, mostly if it is a glossy paper.

Delivery and condition of the order

Impression
Toutes mes créations sont imprimées par mes soins, sur imprimante Canon PIXMA Pro 200 et papier Hahnemühle, pour un rendu de qualité.
