I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
I do not accept returns for customizable order.
If you want a portrait, please send me the following informations :
- some pictures, in good quality
- a color palette (non mandatory)
- the position of the portrait on the canvas (non mandatory)
- the text to add (non mandatory)
Please note that the price shown on my shop for the customizable portrait is only for a single portrait.
In general, this kind of project will take me one to three days, but the process can be a little longer according to my schedule. In all cases, I'll give you an approximative deadlines for your order
Sizing details
My illustrations are available in A4, A5 and A6. Do not hesitate to send me a message if you want some informations on bigger size.
Instructions
Do not humidify the illustration, and avoid touching the printed side to much, mostly if it is a glossy paper.
Gift wrapping and packaging

If you are an art seller, and you are interested by my artworks, you can contact me on the Etsy chat.
Delivery and condition of the order
It can happen that you received a damaged order due to transport reason. If there is any problem with your order, contact me and I'll send you the order again !
Fichiers numériques
Pour les revendeurs d'art, ou pour toute personne souhaitant imprimer elle-même mes créations, je peux vous transmettre les fichiers natifs contre une certaine somme. Envoyez-moi un message pour en savoir plus !
Impression
Toutes mes créations sont imprimées par mes soins, sur imprimante Canon PIXMA Pro 200 et papier Hahnemühle, pour un rendu de qualité.
